Everything you need to know before your visit — tickets, entry, seating, parking, and more.
All shows are rain or shine, unless canceled or rescheduled by the artist or Red River Station. If rain is a possibility, ponchos are strongly encouraged. A message will be sent to all ticket holders — at the email used to purchase — if there is any change to show start times or dates. We also post notices on social media, so in the event that inclement weather is expected, please monitor our social channels and your email.

To ensure a safer environment for the public and expedite fan entry into Red River Station, we have implemented a Clear Bag Policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the venue.
Approved bags: any bag under 5.5" × 8.5"; clear bags smaller than 12" × 6" × 12"; medically necessary and diaper bags (subject to search).
Bags not allowed: backpacks, camera cases, mesh bags, oversized tote bags, and purses larger than 5.5" × 8.5".
If you plan on drinking alcohol inside the venue, you must present a valid form of ID and be over 21 years of age. We take checking IDs very seriously. Acceptable forms of identification include a state-issued driver's license or ID card, military ID, or international passport. A student ID is not acceptable. We cannot serve alcohol to anyone without a valid, unexpired ID — regardless of age.
Smoking and vaping are allowed in the designated smoking area only. They are not allowed in the seating / standing area or the reserved-table area.
Our shows are all-ages. Every person entering the venue — no matter what age — must have a ticket. Patrons under 21 are subject to a $10.00 minor fee at entry. Anyone under 21 is considered a minor. Each patron under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Acceptable forms of ID: state-issued driver's license or ID card, military ID, or international passport. A student ID is not acceptable.
Minors (under 21) may not consume alcohol under any circumstances, even in the presence of their parents or guardians. If minors are found without their wristbands and/or X's, they will be escorted off the property — no refunds, no questions asked. Anyone under 21 who consumes or attempts to consume alcohol, and any individual who provides or purchases alcohol for a minor, will be forced to leave the premises and may be subject to arrest. Everyone must have a ticket — no exceptions. The additional minor charge for guests under 21 (not included in the ticket price) is to be paid at the door.
Adults (21 and up) may come and go as they please. Minors (under 21) are not allowed to come and go after they have been admitted.
You may purchase tickets on our website, or at the gate unless the show is sold out. The original purchaser must be present. Advance ticket-sale prices end the day before the show. Tickets sold the day of the show are typically priced slightly higher than advance tickets.
Typically, yes — ticket prices go up the day of the show. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
It is highly recommended that you download the tickets on your phone or take a screenshot of them prior to arriving at the venue. Please bring the photo ID of the name that matches the ticket purchaser in case there is a scanning issue, so we can find your ticket at the Ticket Booth. We also accept physical hard copies of tickets.
No — Red River Station does not provide refunds on ticket purchases. All sales are final.
We offer reserved tables for most outdoor shows. Reserved tables (picnic tables) seat 6 and require the purchase of all 6 seats. Tables go on sale at the same time as general admission tickets. If you have a general admission ticket, you may bring your own lawn chair. No rockers, hydraulics, or high-back / lounging chairs are allowed.
If you have special needs such as wheelchair or disability accommodations, we ask that you arrive at the venue approximately 15 minutes early so that we can allow you to enter and get situated before the gates officially open. There are wheelchair-accessible restrooms and bars located throughout the venue.
There is free parking available at the town square and at Boggess Park. For some concerts, paid parking is available at local residences. These paid parking areas are in no way associated with Red River Station, and we do not control when they are open or what is charged. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not block driveways or fire hydrants. Public parking is first-come, first-served.
We do not allow cameras or recording devices; however, you may bring and use your cell-phone camera. Members of the press must have passes pre-arranged in order to shoot during the show.
Generally, show time is 8:00 PM and gates open at 6:30 PM for all shows. There is almost always an opening act. Please keep in mind that set times and opening acts are subject to change. When we must change any times, ticketholders will be notified via email and we will make announcements on social media.
We have full bars throughout the venue offering a selection of canned beer, liquor, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Food is also available for purchase inside the venue. We do not allow any outside food or drinks inside the venue.
We highly recommend early arrival, as we perform bag searches and verify age and tickets — which can take a little time. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up, there may already be people ahead of you. Please be patient with our gate staff — we try our hardest to keep the line moving as quickly as possible.
Inside the venue for drinks, food, and merchandise, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Most music acts have band merchandise for sale in the venue, which is not associated with Red River Station — we do not control their payment options or pricing.
